They are very brightly coloured which maskes them easy to find in your kitchen drawer or when outside on a picnic. They have a non-stick coating which brings the vivid colour right onto the blade of the knife itself. Very sharp, they will make short work of slicing through a baguette when out for a picnic, or of any chopping and slicing of small ingredients in the kitchen.
